Relative Error

This converger tests the following ratio,

$$\left|{\displaystyle \frac{\mathbf{E}}{\mathbf{U}}}\right|⩽tol.$$

where $\mathbf{E}$ denotes the error vector set by other solvers, etc., and $\mathbf{U}$ denotes the total displacement of the system.
